Measuring Technique: Menisci & Tibial Plateaus

Menisci Width and Lengthoft Tissue Measurements

Lateral Meniscus Length: Maximum measurement from anterior to posterior.
Lateral Meniscus Width: Maximum measurement from the ICT to the outer meniscal margin from medial to lateral.
Medial Meniscus Length: Maximum measurement from anterior to posterior.
Medial Meniscus Width: Maximum measurement from the ICT to the outer meniscal margin from medial to lateral.

*Take all measurements prior to releasing, cutting, and/or shaping the menisci.
*ICT=Intercondylar Tubercles, two bony eminences (one medial and one lateral) near the center of the tibial plateau.

Bone Block Measurements
